I have missed the screen shots for rcu upgrade but it is very much like the one i have done in 11.1.1.2 so you can refer to earlier post to have a look into that.
download 11.1.1.3 patch set and extract it it will be extracted in four disk.
go to the first disk and double click on installer.exe
Provide the JDK location and enter
Once you are done with this there is no much fun in reading you just need to say next and it will be done i will just paste the documents.
Oce it is done you can download the latest jdeveloper from OTN and start exploring jdev 11.1.1.3
But believe me giving these details too won't help you.I was aware of the link for downloading soa-jdev-extension.zip but i was not aware of what to download.

click on Oracle Product Center: Extensions for JDeveloper for Oracle Fusion Middleware products (this page)
you will get Details for Oracle SOA Composite Editor
now within that chhose your version and download it
and further if you want to install OSB also you can download it from OTN as well
