You can find the purge script for SOA Suite 11g in the following location
rcuHome\rcu\integration\soainfra\sql\purge
The different script present there are
purge_bpel_oracle.sql
purge_common_oracle.sql
purge_decision_oracle.sql
purge_fabric_oracle.sql
purge_hwf_oracle.sql
purge_mediator_oracle.sql
purge_soainfra_oracle.sql
they are self explanatory from their name.

Rcu here is the repository creation utility.
How to execute this sql "purge_soainfra_oracle.sql" script to purge one/all instances(workflows).

You can run individual script as per your requirement.
